Choco Fondue -Baskin Robbins@THe Garden

had half day shopping with these kids =p. had Yo Sushi! (quite expensive!) and this choco fondue at baskin robbins.

a regular costs RM41.90 (include taxes)
ice cream favour: not sure. too many. cream type & yogurt type
choco favour: Hazelnut / Dark Choco
Fruit: banana, kiwi, strawberry, grape (with seeds =p)
cake: butter cake & brownie

thanks celia for this desserts! ya, she paid for that.. i think she felt bad because i paid for expensive sushi dinner. baby only ate the ice cream without dipping the choco..haha..

he likes to go out with us because i always bring them to new restaurants and try new stuff! he also knows that going out with us means shopping for women stuff..haha.. learn from small to be woman shopping companion and be gentleman.

Police blocks cause city gridlock

KUALA LUMPUR, July 14 — The city's morning traffic rush today turned to gridlock due to roadblocks near the Parliament, which opposition leader Lim Kit Siang charged as "not only pointless but completely unwarranted and unjustifiable."
Traffic lengthened longer than usual even before 7am on the Federal Highway and other major arteries due the roadblocks set up against a possible gathering near the Parliament.

"The police is creating a totally synthetic crisis out of nothing, as no gathering or demonstration is being planned by Pakatan Rakyat in or near Parliament tomorrow," Lim wrote in his weblog last night.

Police believe otherwise and had also obtained a court order yesterday that barred Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim and his supporters from gathering within 5km of the Parliament for a fuel price protest.

Anwar, whose Pakatan Rakyat waits to debate a no-confidence motion against the Prime Minister today, will dispute the police court order later today as he called it "slanderous and an abuse of the legal process."

Police said the roadblocks began at strategic points over the weekend and only authorised personnel will be allowed into Parliament.

But motorists were fuming as the blocks are causing bottlenecks and making them burn more precious fuel in the traffic crawl.

"This is ridiculous. It just slows us and wastes petrol," Arnold Nair told The Malaysian Insider.

carrot cake -幸せの味

last wednesday, i off on time. with the time i had, i went to the No 1 pasar malam at KL-Taman Connaught Pasar Malam, Wednesday. it was still early so it's not so crowded. basically, i had nothing in mind to buy.

there is this carrot cake stall by an old couple at another end of the road. i ordered 1 carrot cake and waited patiently.by standing right in front of the wok, i was choked by the smoke. i went to the back and i saw the old man was siting behind cutting the carrot cake. i was touched. 

there is no talking between them, at all. she cooks the carrot cake (trying hard to remember the orders);he is cutting the carrot cake ready for her to cook. (i think he will help her collect money after he finishes cutting all the carrot cake)

apparently, the aunite forgot about my order. i've to remind her for my order. she didnt say anything about it and keep cooking. but she passed me the carrot cake in a box with banana leaf! she actually use plastics bag for all other orders but i got banana leaf..
