ROAD CLOSURES - KL CITY CENTRE

FOR NEW YEAR 2009 CELEBRATIONS



Location: Jalan Raja (Dataran Merdeka)

Duration 1: from 8pm, 30th December 2008 till 5am, 31st December 2008
Duration 2: from 7pm, 31st December 2008 till 7am, 1st January 2009


Location: Bukit Bintang (from Jalan Sultan Ismail/Jalan Imbi till the Jalan Sultan Ismail/Bukit Bintang intersection)

Duration: from midnite, 31st December 2008 till 5am, 1st January 2009





Location: KLCC (along Jalan Persiaran Exxon Mobil only)

Duration: from 6pm, 31st December 2008 till 1st January 2009



Location: Mont Kiara, Bangsar (Jalan Telawi) & Sri Hartamas

Duration: as & when necessary, raffic police will be stationed at these areas to man traffic flow



Location: several other locations within KL city centre will also be closed in stages/diverted as & when required, to help ease congestion after the new year celebrations.
